Happy Summer!

Oh my gosh!  Summer’s almost half-way over.  Now’s the time to take action to make your summer even better-‑more relaxed, more productive, more balanced, and of course, more fun.  Here are a few questions to point you in the right direction:

  1. What’s one change you can make that will have a major impact upon the quality of your life this summer? It might be taking Fridays off from work, giving up caffeine, taking sailing lessons, etc.

  • What’s something you can remove from your life that will make a big difference? It could be watching too much tv or Netflix, buying stuff you really don’t need, putting up with less than terrific relationships, etc. (Put another way, list several things to say “no” to.)

  • What’s something that you can add to your life that will make a big difference to you? For example, scheduling weekly or monthly massages, shopping at farmer’s markets, or adopting a pet. Why not make a list of 25 things to do that are just plain fun (such as going roller-blading, visiting microbreweries or watching fireworks) and do at least one each weekend?

  • What are three new experiences you’d like to have this summer?
